By accessing or using BillZen (available at app.personalbilltracker.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

BillZen is a personal bill tracker. It helps you record your recurring bills, see upcoming payments, get reminders before due dates, and estimate how much money you'll need. BillZen does not connect to your bank and does not make payments on your behalf.

You need an account to use BillZen. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us an email address you can access, so we can send reminders and important account notices.

BillZen is a planning and reminder tool, not a payment service or financial advisor. The amounts, dates, and forecasts it shows are based on what you enter. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time and in full. Reminders may occasionally be delayed or not delivered — for example, if notifications are turned off on your device — so please don't rely on BillZen as your only record of what you owe.

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 5 active bills, reminders, an upcoming payments timeline, and payment history. We may change the features or limits of the Free plan in the future.

Pro and Family are billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms.

On the Family plan, the household owner can invite members to share bills. Everyone in a household can see the bills shared with it. Only invite people you trust, and only share bills you're comfortable with them seeing. The owner can remove members at any time.

You own the information you add to BillZen, such as your bills, amounts, and notes. We don't claim any rights over it. We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access systems or other people's data without authorization, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

You can stop using BillZen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is removed within 30 days.

BillZen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service, its reminders, or its calculations will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillZen and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including late fees, penalties, or missed payments.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
