Delete your BillZen account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time — right in the app, or by emailing us if you can't sign in.
Delete in the app
Deleting your account in the app takes effect immediately. It works the same on the web, Android, and iPhone.
- Open BillZen and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- If your account has a password, enter it to confirm. If you sign in with Google, Apple, Telegram, or a passkey, no password is needed.
- Tap Delete my account again. You'll be signed out and your account is gone.
Opens app.personalbilltracker.com/settings/delete-account. You'll be asked to sign in first if you aren't already.
What gets deleted
Your account and everything in it is permanently deleted right away. This can't be undone.
- Your account: email address, name, profile picture, password, and sign-in links (Google, Apple, Telegram, passkeys).
- Your bills, payment history, notes, and uploaded invoices and receipts.
- Your settings, reminders, and push notification subscriptions on all your devices.
- Your tasks, tags, lists you own (including people you shared them with losing access), and pending invites.
- Your subscription records.
What we keep
- Tasks you added to a list someone else owns stay in that list, no longer linked to you.
- Feedback you sent us is kept without being linked to your account.
- Copies of deleted data may remain in our database backups until they're overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
Request deletion by email
Can't sign in or don't have the app anymore? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Subscriptions
If you pay by card on our website, deleting your account cancels the subscription automatically.
If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account doesn't stop store billing. Cancel the subscription in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings.
For more about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
